Set on a breathtaking 20-acre sanctuary surrounded by old-growth forests, mountain trails, and sweeping views, The Resonance Within is a sacred space for healing, clarity, and deep rest.

Join Mary Pearson and Sara Egert as they bring you this amazing, nourishing weekend of connection with yourself through Sacred Breathwork and Sound Baths, forest walks, silent nature meditation, and time by the river — as well as ample free time for reading, journaling, art, and simply being with nourishing farm-to-table meals.  

Whether you are new to breathwork and sound healing or a seasoned practitioner, this retreat meets you exactly where you are. No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Sacred Breathwork

You will be guided through a full hour+ of intentional breathwork (rebirthing breathwork | conscious, connected, circular breathing). Supported by healing energy — hands-on or simply present in the space — and accompanied by melodic instruments woven into a high-vibrational playlist, each session becomes a journey inward.

 

Our breath is a direct line to our body's wisdom. Through awareness of internal and external sensations, we can release stored emotions, memories, and trauma — and in their place, invite clarity, peace, and connection to our deepest truth.

 

This retreat is a space where you can:

• Truly feel into your body 

• Gently explore what lies beneath patterns of anxiety or fight-or-flight

• Release what is not yours to carry

• Create space for clarity, healing, and peace

 

Breathwork itself is the medicine — supporting you in moving through discomfort, reconnecting with your truth, and discovering that you already carry everything you need for wholeness and presence.

Sound Healing

Sound healing sessions draw on a rich and diverse palette of instruments: Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, a symphonic gong, and tuning forks. Each instrument is chosen intentionally to guide you deeper into a state of rest and receptivity, facilitating this retreat's unique wellness journey.
